Rare Earth Development Company and the Rare Earth Realty Division were founded in 1972 in Phoenix Arizona to benefit from the rapid real estate growth of Arizona which has continued for the past over 35 years. Rare Earth Financial LLC has invested in hotels developed since 1980. Rare Earth and affiliates has developed, invested in and/or handles sales on over $ 200 million in Arizona real estates since 1972 with a strong track record of success overall in spite of the many ups and downs of investments in general. Rare Earth has handled over 20 investment syndications all of over $ 1 million or more, sold new home subdivisions, developed and sold condominiums at over 8 locations, developed and handled extensive investments in 8 mini-storage units and 12 hotels.
